Your club isn't only alive on race day
Between races, a club goes quiet. Pitboard keeps it alive every week. Automatically, with nothing extra to do.
The weekly Top: each driver's gear and sponsors.
The club goes quiet between races
Your drivers run practice all week. In 1/10, in 1/8, on carpet or dirt. Every run, every pass under the transponder.
But those lap times go nowhere. Nobody sees them. The club only comes alive at official races. In between, interest fades.
Every week, the club is alive
Pitboard plugs into your timing system, MyLaps or Speedhive. Every lap under the loop counts.
The weekly ranking calculates itself. Your drivers come back to check their standing and their progress. You have nothing to do.
The weekly ranking, computed on its own after every run.
One timing loop, separate categories
The pain of mixed clubs: 1/10 and 1/8 share the same decoder, and everything ends up in one ranking. On Pitboard, each category has its own.
- 1/10 and 1/8 ranked separately, on the same timing
- As many categories as you want (stock, mod, blinky…)
- No second decoder, nothing extra to install
- Each driver compared to their real rivals
The 5-minute challenge: your best time over 5 minutes, during your practice sessions.
Your drivers battle it out
One ranking, and everything changes. Drivers measure up against the clock, heat after heat.
Everyone wants to beat their personal best and move up. It is addictive and good-natured.
It builds atmosphere and brings people together. Your drivers come back to run and climb the overall standings.
The RC drivers' garages
Every driver puts their car on display. Their chassis, brushless motor, ESC and tires.
Their photos too, and a word about their car. A gallery that keeps the club alive, and spreads whenever a driver shares it.
Each driver's garage: chassis, motor, ESC, tyres and photos.
A full setup sheet, shareable with one link.
RC setup sheets
Each car's setup, track by track. Camber, toe, ride height, ground clearance.
Springs, shock oil, pistons, differentials, pinion and spur. Your carpet, dirt or asphalt setups.
It's all there, shareable with a single link. A driver searching for a setup for their chassis lands on yours.
What your drivers get out of it
- Their weekly ranking, in the championship and on the clock.
- Their progress tracked, heat after heat.
- Their garage with photos, shareable with a single link.
- The setup sheets, theirs and everyone else's.
- Classified ads between members and between clubs.
What the committee gets out of it
- A living club site, in your colors.

- A social media recap ready to post.
- No support to handle once the race is over.

Frequently asked questions
What is Pitboard?
Pitboard is a website that brings your RC car club to life. It calculates your rankings on its own. It brings together the drivers' garages, the setup sheets and the classifieds.
How does Pitboard collect the rankings?
It connects to your MyLaps or Speedhive timing. Every lap crossing the loop is collected. The weekly ranking is calculated automatically.
Do I have to enter the times by hand?
No, never. Everything comes from the timing, automatically. The committee has nothing to do after the race.
Which timing systems are compatible?
Today MyLaps and Speedhive. More are coming, such as MyRCM and then LiveRC. If your drivers already have a transponder, you're all set.
Does it work for 1/8, 1/10, 1/5, carpet, asphalt, astro and dirt?
Yes, all categories and all surfaces. 1/5, 1/8, 1/10 and the rest. On carpet, asphalt, astroturf or dirt.
We run 1/10 and 1/8 on the same timing, does it work?
Yes. Pitboard separates categories even on a single timing loop: each scale gets its own ranking, with no second decoder and nothing to install.
Is it free? Is there a phone app?
Yes, a free plan lets you start with no setup fees: it shows the weekly ranking. The Club plan (€15/month, billed yearly) opens up the season, the history and the stats. Pitboard also installs on your phone, like an app.
Are minors' names protected?
Yes. The names of underage drivers can be hidden. The club turns this masking on or off as it prefers.
How do I equip my club?
First, watch a club live on the demo. Then get in touch through the contact page. We'll take care of getting you up and running.
