I built Pitboard for my own club, RC Park. The problem was that between sessions the club fell flat. Now, the moment a member runs a free practice session, their times count. The site generates the rankings, the championship and the records, all on its own. My members come back every week to score points, without organizing a single race. We also show the live rankings on a screen at the club. It really brought RC Park back to life.
The championship that runs itself
Every run on the track counts: ranking of the week, season championship, track records, most active and fastest drivers. Categories stay separate (1/10, 1/8...), even when everyone shares the same timing loop. Your members have a reason to come back and drive every week, without you organising anything.
On race day, nothing left to print
Today a volunteer spends the day collecting result sheets from the printer and stapling them onto a board. They start again after every heat, from the morning until the prize giving.
Pitboard Live reads your timing system and puts the rankings on the club's screens, every two minutes. From one to eight screens, each with its own categories, and the same day on your members' phones. The next day, the screens go back to the weekly ranking on their own.
What MyRCM already does
- It times the race and works out the rankings. That is its job, and Pitboard does not interfere with it.
- It publishes a public page per event. Anyone can open it, your drivers included.
- It offers a Windows program for a monitor, to be installed on a club PC.
What Pitboard Live adds
- From one to eight screens, each with its own categories. A web page, nothing more.
- No installation and no dedicated PC. On race day, the thing that breaks down is usually the PC.
- Every phase stays readable, so you can look back at qualifying during the finals.
- Your members' real names, taken from your own records and not from the timing label.
- Inside your club's own space, alongside the weekly ranking, the track records and the championship.
- Going back to normal is automatic one hour after the last heat.
Between two sessions, your drivers keep driving
Podium is our RC racing game, in the browser. A 1/8 buggy, circuits taken from real tracks, lap times that count. Nothing to install, and it drives on a keyboard, a gamepad or your own radio.
Your members ride your corners in the evening, from home. They compare their times, they challenge each other, and they turn up at the club already knowing the layout.
A timing system measures your races. It does nothing with the weeks in between. That is exactly where the game works for you.

Frequently asked questions
How long does the free version last?
With no time limit. It includes the weekly ranking, the garages and the club screen. The Club plan adds the season, the history and the Top 15 with everyone's gear. It costs 180 € a year for up to 150 active transponders, and 264 € above that. It is free for the first month, with no commitment.
Does the committee have anything to enter?
No. Laps arrive on their own from your timing system, and the rankings calculate themselves. The members file is optional: it puts the real names on the transponders.
Do all our drivers need to create an account?
No, but it's better. Every transponder seen by the timing appears in the rankings, even without an account. With an account, the driver puts their first and last name on their transponder. They also fill in their garage, and get into the Top 15 with their gear.
What if our club doesn't use Speedhive?
Pitboard also reads MyRCM for races, and rc-results. For another timing system, write to me: I look at every case.
What happens to the drivers' data, and to minors' data?
The club remains responsible for its data; Pitboard is only the tool. Each driver chooses what they show outside the club, such as their name and photo. The club can hide the names of minors.
Who sets up the site, and what do you need from us?
I build the site myself, with the history of your laps. I need the name of your track on Speedhive, and one person in charge at the club, ideally two.
Does Pitboard replace Speedhive or MyRCM?
No, it builds on them. Your drivers keep their transponder and their app, and your races stay on MyRCM. Pitboard adds what was missing: the club ranking, every week.
