How does it work?
Every time a driver runs free practice with their transponder, their laps are timed. The championship (left, over the week) ranks their 3 best consecutive laps of the week (Monday to Sunday inclusive), with F1-style points (25 for 1st, 22 for 2nd…). Fastest drivers (middle, over the last 7 days) rank the average of the 5 best laps, not necessarily consecutive: deliberately not the single best lap, but the same basis for everyone, after filtering cut laps, so a driver who only did a few laps isn't favoured. The 5-minute challenge (right, over the last 7 days) rewards the most laps completed in 5 minutes: we look for the best rolling 5-minute window in their sessions (a 10-minute session contains several), and the shortest time breaks the tie. Points are scored among the drivers in this category. The same driver therefore does not have the same total here and in the overall standings: the smaller the field, the more points you score.
